City Server is now the Cityverse

September 16, 2024A while back, the server closed, but with all the hard work put in by the players, it seemed important to honor their efforts by allowing the City to continue development with a new owner. Or, several different new owners, branching into a multiverse of cities called the Cityverse.I put a notice on our Discord, and here on the website, offering the responsibility to previous members of the City server. I was clear that they would be running their own server, not working for me!The first to step forward was @johnaeronwagg, perhaps known to fans as the player who put netherite armor in a chest in Coastal Village II, 2022. Sounds like they will launch their branch in a new Realm on Friday, with all previous players invited to return!If you were a member before, I really encourage you to give them a chance. They're very brave to operate the first branch of the Legit Survival Cityverse timeline!

The cityverse.mcworld file will be available to everyone later this fall.
